The Bureau for Employers' Activities

The Bureau for Employer's Activities is the specialized agency of the Vietnam’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI),  is responsible for advising the Standing Committee  and implementing representative work to promote and protect interests for employers in Vietnam, promote the development of activities relating to labor relations in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

1- Gather opinions of the employers to reflect, propose to the government issues of law, policy and labor relations.

2- Protect the legitimate interests of workers before the law and help employers domestically and internationally resolve conflicts, disputes through negotiation and mediation.

3- Develop systems and organizations to represent the employers in Vietnam. Permanent Secretary of the Labor Relations Committee of the Board.

4- Organize activities to promote and encourage employers to strictly abide by labor law domestically and internationally.

5- Organize training in appropriate ways to help employers enhance knowledge and capacity in labor management, human resource management.

6- Implement other tasks assigned by the Standing Committee.
